      I feel incredibly fortunate to have visited BASI, the global headquarters for Pilates. I randomly booked a session with one of their instructors through their website, and to my surprise, I found their teaching skills to be consistently professional and outstanding. Among the various styles I've tried, BASI has become my favorite system!

The atmosphere at this school is exceptional. Even with the founder still actively teaching and providing guidance to on-site instructors, the sense of community and support is truly heartwarming. Mr. Real and Stella are exceptionally welcoming, and my instructor, Tram, embodies patience, professionalism, and love in her teaching approach.       BASI Pilates is an amazing experience for anyone trying Pilates for the first time or anyone looking to hone their craft and become a Pilates instructor. For me, I am a newcomer to the Pilates industry. Bianca and Rachel were very good to me and helped me learn some new techniques that enabled me to enjoy the workout a lot.
