Dina
Dina’s passion lives in all forms of fitness. She is currently a certified personal trainer with ten years experience teaching group fitness. She has taught everything from Barre, Tabata, cardio, Large classes, and now, Pilates. As part of the BASI team, Dina’s desire is to share her belief in the power of exercise and Pilates and it’s benefits as a holistic approach. Aside from working out and continuing in her daily practice, Dina enjoys reading, volunteering for local cat rescues, sunsets, and dancing as part of Peruvian folk dance group, Dances of Peru.
